A Hub for Community Life
Fort Wood Masjid will be more than just a place of worship—it will be a vibrant community center where Muslims and neighbors come together to celebrate, learn, and build lasting relationships. Our flexible community spaces will host a wide variety of programs and events for the Fort Leonard Wood area and beyond.
Community Events
Regular gatherings including Eid celebrations, potlucks, game nights, and social events that bring our community together.
Weddings & Nikkah
Beautiful space for Islamic marriage ceremonies (nikkah), receptions, and celebrations with proper Islamic observance.
Interfaith Dialogue
Hosting interfaith events, open house programs, and community dialogues to build bridges with our neighbors.
Workshops & Lectures
Educational workshops, guest lectures, and seminars on Islamic topics and contemporary issues.
Family Programs
Family-friendly activities, parenting support groups, and programs designed to strengthen Muslim families.

Sports leagues, game nights, and recreational activities for Muslim youth in a wholesome environment.

Annual Events & Celebrations
Eid Celebrations
Grand Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha celebrations with community prayers, festive meals, activities for children, and opportunities for the entire Fort Leonard Wood Muslim community to come together.
Ramadan Programs
Special Ramadan activities including community iftars, Taraweeh prayers, Quran completion (khatm), and Laylatul Qadr celebrations.
Islamic Heritage Events
Celebrations of Islamic months and occasions such as Mawlid, Isra and Mi'raj, and other important dates in the Islamic calendar.
Open House
Regular open house events welcoming the broader Waynesville community to learn about Islam, tour the masjid, and enjoy refreshments while building friendships.

Space Rental
Our community spaces will be available for rental by community members for private events such as weddings, engagement parties, birthday celebrations, and other gatherings. All events must align with Islamic principles and values.

- Kitchen facilities for meal preparation
